VOIP Hardware

You do not need to buy hardware to make or receive calls.

You can however use a regular land-line analog phone by attaching a ‘router’ to your Internet Modem.  This will allow you to use phones you already have in your home or office.

Grandstream HandyTone HT502 (2 line + computer)

We recommend Grandstream routers for VOIP.  A good choice is the HT-502 as it will connect two analog phones and one computer for making calls.

Connecting an HT502:
1. Connect a standard touch-tone analog telephone (or fax machine) to one of the PHONE ports.
2. Insert an ethernet cable from your DSL router or cable modem to the WAN port.
3. You can connect a PC to the LAN port if you will be using it for calls.
4. Insert the power adapter and connect it to an electrical outlet.

We will email your settings information to you.
